Rosemary Pipitone creates luminous images using oil glazes on black and white photography. Her original pieces are elegant and surreal. Her favorite subjects include florals, landscapes, seascapes and still-lifes, and she confesses a weakness for ? seat with a view, or a view with a seat? When she stumbles upon either in her travels, she sets about creating a visual escape with camera and paintbrush. Her pieces capture the tranquillity, beauty and magic she finds while exploring her world.
