Description
When 445nm blue line laser module is equipped with
quality glass cylindrical lens, it is able to make
perfect line alignment at quite long work distance.
This excellent quality glass lens gets extremely
optical laser beam transmittance, generating
extremely straight and fine blue reference line on
all desired working surfaces. Owing to its high
output power of 50mW to 100mW, this laser line
generator is workable for all of long distance
machinery processing works efficiently.
The operation of 445nm blue line laser module is
different from manual line drawing. It uses external
DC input power supply as its electric power source,
easily getting continuous blue laser line targeting
on all working surfaces. This laser line generator
gets extremely strong environmental stabilization. In
continuous line aligning work, the laser tube
temperature might increase seriously. However, this
445nm blue laser module adopts metal heat sink
cooling system and high duration anodized aluminum
alloy housing, and constant current electric driving
circuit board. Besides its efficient thermal
conductivity, during continuous line alignment works,
this laser line generator gets constant power supply.
In 24 hours continuous line positioning work, it
always keeps stable line projection, making perfect
performance for all high tech works perfectly.
