Description
After generating highly visible and intense green
light directly from an import 515nm green laser
diode, the genuine use of a 515nm green laser line
generator also projects high linear quality,
straight and fine green reference line from a
qualified glass coated lens within 10 to 110 degree
fan angles. It get special use of thermal emitting
system and APC, ACC driving circuit board, which
assures long lifetime, high beam stability, highly
clear green reference line projection for all tread
and sidewall splicing alignment works.
Being made with compact size and high duration
structure designs, laser line generator can be
easily mounted onto tire processing machine or
device. After its correct use of output power and
optic lens fan angle, and properly adjusted laser
line thickness, it provides a clear reference line
for the splicing of tread and sidewall rubber,
ensuring straight seams and uniform overlap,
avoiding defects such as delamination, bulges, and
misalignment.
